Adam Carolla To Tucker: Ca Would Care About Homeless If They Had Money

During Monday’s broadcast of “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Fox, comedian and lifelong Los Angeles resident Adam Carolla shared his thoughts on the state of California’s homeless crisis.
Carolla credited the homeless epidemic to a “breakdown of the rule of law.”
“No one wants to enforce laws around here,” he pointed out.
